When I was 8 years old my dad got an IBM AT and I've been playing with technology ever since. I like to think that I have a unique perspective on personal technology since we've grown up together. My first computer ran the top of the line Windows 3.1 and I was still programing in DOS qBasic.

Having grown up with DOS command line, it was an easy switch a few years later to learn BSD/unix and start a long tradition of dual-boot laptop computers. Having good memories of a friends Macintosh 512k and using Apple G4's at TCC for digital video editing classes when Apple switched to Intel and a Unix/BSD based operating system, I made the jump and bought a MacBook Pro which was my main system for many years. Still haven't learned all the VI commands but really enjoy getting the computer do what I want.

For the last 14 years, I've had a small sideline job working on personal and a few business systems doing repair, trouble-shooting, teaching, and upgrades. Always trying to listen to the client and find the best solution for them. I have repaired everything from laptop motherboards to iPods.

About 9 years ago, I started learning about digital video and have a great love for editing, Since then I've taken classes at Tulsa Community College and filmed, edited and produced DVDs of wedding, church and school events and designed Flash and Motion intros, menus, countdowns and logos.

I've had the great opportunity to work full-time in the production field both as a duplication technician and production assistant and currently as the videographer and editor for a local company.

Since I can almost carry a tune with a bucket, instead of being in choir I was in the sound booth at my church. Since then I've been in charge of media and sound for a local ministry and operated sound boards from Broken Arrow to Ponca City, If you need an extra hand who can think fast and make it work then let's talk!

Putting both sound and tech know how together, I've designed and installed media systems for youth worship rooms, camp retreats, meeting presentations and personal home theaters. I love a small budget challenge, so let me know what you got and what you need and we can find a way to make it work!

In November 2007 I got "hitched" and started a new life with my wife, I am looking forward to a career doing the things I love, working with people who hopefully love what they do :-)
